What counts as an API call?
Each request to /v1/score, /v1/score/batch (counted as 1 regardless of batch size), /v1/factors/search, /v1/alternatives, or /v1/export counts as one call. Health, usage, categories, and sources endpoints are free and don't count.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll receive a 429 response with a clear error message. Your existing integrations won't break — they just need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Your new limit takes effect immediately. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days.
